Our mission is to provide an urban artist retreat with space, time, and resources to connect to the natural environment to create art.
PHILOSOPHY
Art is a cornerstone of everyday life that can entertain, challenge, and influence society for the greater good. Urban-Air believes all individuals possess a unique footprint and perspective that shapes their worldview, which they weave into their artwork. Those who walk the artist’s path are extraordinary people who work in service of the creative process.
ARTIST RETREAT
Warwick is an Appalachian Trail Community located in the Hudson Valley, approximately 1.5 hours from Manhattan. The retreat is a quick walk to a quintessential town that brings you into a community with small locally-owned boutique shops, lakes, and apple orchards.
Our ten-year goal is to expand the Urban-Air Artist Retreat by acquiring land to construct Ten Tiny Homes. These new homes will provide the opportunity to foster a larger-scale Artist Retreat Community.
